As an extra benefit with Anthem, you can receive 24/7 virtual care with LiveHealth Online. Visit a doctor through video chat on your computer or smartphone. LiveHealth Online is an easy way to find care anytime of the day or night!
We pay for prescriptions and many over-the-counter medicines. You will not have any copays for your medicines.
When you have to receive care in the hospital, you will not have to pay anything. Benefits also include urgent and emergency care.
Healthy eyes are an important part of your overall health. You can get an eye exam every year. Members under 21 also get eyeglasses or contact lenses if medically necessary.

How to join Anthem
If you already have Medicaid or Check Up
Choose Anthem as your health plan. You can change your plan during open enrollment:
Complete and send back the letter you got from the state, or fill out an MCO change form and mail to:

If you need health insurance
Apply for Nevada Medicaid or Check Up benefits.
You may be eligible for benefits through Anthem if you have limited income and live in Clark or Washoe County.
